Shipping and Return Policy

At Aadhiraa Clothing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can only be returned if it is damaged/wrong item sent.
  • Items must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • Items return request will not be accepted if you failed to provide us the unboxing video.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for returns.
  • For hygiene reasons, items such as undergarments, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request: Contact us through our Whatsapp and fill out the return form with your order details.
  2. Approval: Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and detailed instructions.
  3. Shipping: Use the provided return label or send the item(s) to the address specified in the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
  4. Processing: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. If approved, a refund or store credit will be issued within 5-10 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • If you paid with a gift card, store credit will be issued.
  • Shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only allowed for size or color variations of the same item.
  • To ensure availability, we recommend initiating an exchange request as soon as possible.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us at aadhiratextiles@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Please provide your order number and photos of the defective or incorrect item.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account and contact your bank branch, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at aadhiratextiles@gmail.com
